Consultant Finder is a two-sided marketplace, not a job board. Firms post consulting roles directly and manage applicants on a real dashboard. Consultants build one profile, get matched to open roles, and can also opt in to be discovered directly by firms.

Build a profile once, see a match score against every open role, and apply directly. Toggle "open to consulting work" on your profile to be discoverable by firms browsing for talent.
