About Consultant Finder
Consultant Finder is a marketplace for ERP contract consulting, and nothing else. Not a general job board with an ERP category bolted on: every listing here is a contract role on one of four systems, tagged the same way the consultants are, so you can filter instead of scroll.
Functional and technical consultants, contract work only, hourly rates, across six markets: the United States, Canada, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands.
What's on here
Hundreds of open ERP contract listings, covering all four systems and all six markets. Most are aggregated from Adzuna; the rest are posted directly by people hiring, and those are the ones you can apply to without leaving the site.
Aggregated listings show two dates, deliberately kept separate: when the source says the role was posted, and when we last confirmed it still existed there. If we stop being able to confirm a listing, we stop showing it. A stale listing wastes more of your time than a missing one.
For consultants
- One profile. Upload a résumé and we read it to fill in your systems, skills, years, rate, and availability. Correct anything we got wrong and save. Nothing is stored until you do.
- A match score on every open role.It measures overlap between your profile and what the role asks for. It is not a prediction of whether you'll get the job, and we don't present it as one.
- Apply in-platform on roles posted directly here, and track the status of each one. For aggregated listings we point you at the hiring company so you can apply at the source.
- Being found is opt-in.Switch on “open to consulting work” and your profile appears in our consultant directory. That directory is restricted to registered hiring accounts. Other consultants cannot see it, signed-out visitors cannot reach it, and your email address is never shown in it. Leave the switch off and you are not listed at all.
For people hiring
- Post a role once and see every applicant on one dashboard, with status tracking from received through viewed and shortlisted.
- Accounts are checked by hand.A new hiring account's roles stay hidden and cannot receive applications until we approve it. That is a deliberate speed bump. It is what stops anyone signing up and collecting applicants' details behind a role that doesn't exist.
- No scraping and no cold outreach. We never guess at contact details, and nothing is ever emailed to anyone on your behalf.
